Overview of Canadian Grocery Code of Conduct

Food, Health & Consumer Products of Canada (FHCP) is the leading voice uniting companies, large and small, that provide access to the food, health, and consumer products Canadians rely on every day. FHCP is hosting a webinar for food processors and CPG suppliers on the Grocery Code of Conduct.

Errol Cerit, SVP Industry Affairs & Membership Development at FHCP, is a member of the Canadian Code of Conduct development team that drafted the Code. Errol will provide insight into the following areas:

  • What the Code of Conduct is designed to achieve and what it is NOT designed to achieve
  • How to interpret the provisions of the Code of Conduct
