How to Build the Food Safety & Quality Culture in your Company

What is Food Safety Culture? Food safety culture is the values of an organization with regard to food safety & quality. Food safety culture in a business is how everyone including owners, managers, employees, think and act in their daily job to make sure that the food they manufacture is safe.

SEPTEMBER 29TH –

Understanding & Developing Good Manufacturing Practices & PRP’s for Food safety

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are the basic principles of operation that a food processor should follow to produce a consistent, quality food product and are the basis of HACCP pre-requisite programs. For a Food Safety and Quality Management System to be effective on an on-going basis, an organization should have a systematic method in identifying actual and potential GMP non-conformities, making corrections and taking corrective and preventative action, ideally preventing problems before they occur.
