Wendy Diltz – is a consultant that works with small to medium Atlantic Canadian Food and Beverage companies to guide them through the export process, including connecting them to contacts in the New England market. This includes assisting with growth strategies, sales modeling, pricing, capacity building, warehousing, and distribution.
The Team will address the group on how to work through the U.S. retail channels: Alternate, Grocery, Natural and Organic, HBA, and E-commerce.
Will discuss product compliance, broker order facilitation, set-up compliance for retailers, distributors, transportation, and warehousing.
Will give an example how we worked with a NB company providing guidance on pricing and marketing materials to get product onto retailer shelves.
